You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gopaldo login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorized access to gopaldo support immediately.
gopaldo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary restriction of account functions, including withdrawals.
gopaldo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and Cryptocurrency (selected coins). All payment methods are subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All player accounts on gopaldo are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
gopaldo does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be suspended pending investigation and may be subject to return less any associated processing fees.
gopaldo does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to fees imposed by the respective payment provider.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals restricted until satisfactory documentation is submitted and approved.
Standard GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation periods.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily/weekly limits are published in the gopaldo account dashboard under the Withdrawal section. These limits may be modified without prior notice as part of gopaldo's ongoing risk management procedures.
gopaldo applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any remaining balance may then be withdrawn via the player's preferred method, subject to verification.
All bonuses and promotions offered by gopaldo are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of game-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all gopaldo bonuses:
gopaldo employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets that do not constitute genuine play for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements, and collusion with other players. Any player found to be abusing the gopaldo bonus system will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited. The account may be suspended or permanently closed.
All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus credit and free bets that are not used within the stated period will expire automatically. gopaldo is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or data corruption — gopaldo reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. gopaldo is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
All game outcomes on the gopaldo platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by real-time live dealer procedures for live casino games. gopaldo does not manipulate game outcomes and is subject to periodic audits under its PAGCOR licensing obligations.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any gopaldo intellectual property without prior written consent.
You may not use the gopaldo name, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes, marketing, or any form of endorsement without express written authorization from gopaldo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopaldo's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gopaldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not gopaldo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered on the gopaldo platform. gopaldo is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by any player. You play at your own risk.

Upon account closure, verified funds remaining in the player's balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, less any pending bonus amounts that have not satisfied wagering requirements. Funds connected to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
gopaldo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the use of the gopaldo platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
